SUSTAINIMMO is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and users of its website accessible at https://www.sustainablerealestate.fr (the "Site"), and makes every effort in this regard. SUSTAINIMMO is committed to ensuring a level of protection of personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), including all French laws and regulations implementing, supplementing, or replacing the GDPR as applicable.

SUSTAINIMMO, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 20,000 euros, with its registered office located at 9 rue Anatole de la Forge, 75017 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 932 944 002 ("SUSTAINIMMO"), collects and processes personal data concerning Visitors and Users of the Site. Visitors refer to individuals who connect to the Site and use the Site without creating a personal account, and who have provided their personal data to SUSTAINIMMO through the "contact" page. Users refer to individuals who have created an account on the Site.

Visitors and Users are collectively referred to as "Concerned Individuals".

This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes the methods of collection and processing of personal data relating to Concerned Individuals. At SUSTAINIMMO, we have designed it to be clear and accessible so that you understand how SUSTAINIMMO uses your personal data. 2.       What personal data is collected by SUSTAINIMMO? 

 SUSTAINIMMO collects the following personal data from Visitors, directly from them, through the Site's contact form: 

○        data related to their identities: first and last name;

○        their contact details: phone and email;

○        subject of their request;

○        message;

○        postal code and city

SUSTAINIMMO collects the following personal data from Users, directly from them, at the time of creating their account on the Site:

○        login credentials: username, password (the password, if collected, is then irreversibly encrypted and not collected as is) and email address;

○        data related to their identity: first and last name;

○        their contact details: phone, email;

○        data that Users may optionally provide in configuring their account and using their personal space: their favorites, saved searches, posted ads.

Other data is collected directly from each Concerned Individual communicated through the Site, such as: 

○        data communicated through the contact form with an advertiser: email address, phone number, message.

Data collected for the execution of the general terms of use, compliance with our legal or regulatory obligations, or that condition the conclusion of the general terms of use must be provided. Otherwise, SUSTAINIMMO will not be able to provide the Site's features.

3.       For what purposes and on what legal basis does SUSTAINIMMO collect personal data of Concerned Individuals, and for how long does SUSTAINIMMO retain the data? 

SUSTAINIMMO collects the personal data of Concerned Individuals listed in Article 2 in order to provide them with the best possible service. The table below provides Concerned Individuals with an overview of the processing of their personal data in the context of using the Site and registering on the Site.
